The special tungsten carbide tip with very fine grain is composed of a large portion of homogeneously structured tungsten carbide guaranteeing a very high resistance to very hard materials as well as a long service life. The asymmetrical spiral design with straight flute entry offers a perfect extraction of drilling residues. The polished surface and countersunk flute provide better precision during drilling as well as optimal extraction of residues. The special cutting angle of 120° allows faster penetration into the material. The head has 2 cutting edges. The diamond grinded cutting edges its sharpening allows it to cut into hard materials.
